Jai Dinesh has a bachelors degree in computer engineering and a masters degree in business administration. He is certified as Yoga Acharya from the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre. He has completed the advanced meditation and Divya Samaj ka Nirman from the Art of Living organisation and transcendental Meditation (Maharishi Mahesh Yogi). His classes include various styles such as vinyasa flow, power yoga, and sivananda yoga. His personal interest includes sports and dance and is a gold medallist in badminton.

Jai has been practising yoga since 2008. His passion for yoga and teaching motivated him to formally study and teach yoga. The power of meditation and pranayama brought about a huge change in his life. Mr Jai shares an earnest eagerness to share his knowledge with people. He is committed to helping people adopt a yogic lifestyle that will in turn bring peace, happiness and good physical health.
